Bright Power is honored to join Jonathan Rose Companies and Enterprise at the Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening of the 107-145 West 135th Street Apartments in Harlem on September 12th, 2011.
The 107-145 West 135 St Apartments is a 198-unit, 10 building historic property, and the first Section 8 multi-family housing property to receive Recovery Act funding through the Green Retrofit Program from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Jonathan Rose Companies, a New York-based property owner and developer received a $3.6 million loan to fund a comprehensive energy retrofit project.
Bright Power conducted a feasibility study for a solar PV system at the site, and oversaw installation of a 25 kW system.
