Phil performs outreach to companies and trade groups interested in Bright Power's services, with a particular focus on New York City's benchmarking and auditing requirements. His prior credentials include work with the NY Wa$teMatch industrial materials exchange program and NY Industrial & Technical Assistance Corporation (ITAC).

Phil has a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University and an M.Sc. in Economic Development Studies from the London School of Economics.
