Bright Power Appoints Philip Luccarelli as Chief Operating Officer and Andrew Ulmer as Executive Vice President of Strategy & Growth

New leaders join as Bright Power recognized in Inc. 5000 for the Sixth Time

New York, NY | Bright Power, the premier provider of energy and water management services for real estate owners, investors, and operators, recently appointed new leadership to support its continued, rapid growth. Philip Luccarelli joins as Chief Operating Officer and Andrew Ulmer joins as Executive Vice President of Strategy & Growth for Bright Power’s California business unit.

The two leaders join Bright Power as the company continues to gain recognition for its growth in size and impact, recently included in the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies for the sixth time, with three-year revenue growth of 84%.

Philip Luccarelli joined Bright Power as Chief Operating Officer on August 30, 2021, after spending four years as the Chief Operating Officer at Lime Energy. At Lime, an energy efficiency firm serving small businesses and utilities across the U.S., Phil drove improvements in growth and profitability, while improving the customer experience. Before Lime, Phil held leadership roles at Altice USA / Cablevision, and HomeServe USA, with prior experience at ADT, NJ Schools Development Authority, and GPU / First Energy.

Andrew Ulmer joined Bright Power as Executive Vice President of Strategy & Growth on August 16, 2021, after a decade consulting with a number of startups and Fortune 500 companies on strategic initiatives to enhance technology utilization, drive business development and improve both products and processes. Andrew’s past experience includes business development and strategy roles with WaterSmart Software, Capella Space, and eMeter. As a business leader, Andrew helped grow a venture-backed startup, which was acquired by Siemens, from 20 to 220 people and helped grow revenue from under $1M to tens of millions of dollars.
